The large garden of this eclectic yet elegant mill house needed a revamp. We have started Phase 1 where we focused on the area around the house. The uninviting front was formalised with charming parterres and wider reclaimed York paths. A bound gravel path now sweeps around the side with planting both softening both sides. A beautiful brick retaining border flanks the rear lounging area. Brick insets contrast beautifully with reclaimed sandstone paving and introduce a delightful dining space behind the kitchen, with steps leading to the river. The dining area is surrounded by planting beds, providing an immersive garden experience.
